Open Water - Step 2
Step 2 of the PADI Open Water course is the in-water training and the final step on your journey in becoming a certified scuba diver!
Select a date/ time for your in-water training that will be conducted in a Fayetteville area pool and Fantasy Lake Adventure Park.

Step 2 of the PADI Open Water course is where you will put what you learned in Step 1 into practice. You will get your hands on the equipment for the first time and learn how to dive!
Typical agenda:
Day 1: 2-3 hours in a swimming pool (in Fayetteville/ Ft. Bragg area) where you will learn how to assemble scuba gear, begin in-water skills training and take your first breaths underwater!
Day 2 & 3: 3-4 hours at Fantasy Lake Adventure Park where we will continue building on what we have learned. These two days is where everything will come together! Upon completion of the 2 days you will be certified!

Prerequisites:
- Completion of Open Water eLearning (Step 1)
- 10 years old for Junior Open Water Diver
- 15 years old for Open Water Diver
Needed Equipment:
- Students are required to have their own mask, snorkel, and fins
- Basic scuba gear such as regulator, buoyancy control device (BCD), submersible pressure gauge (SPG), dive computer, and air cylinders can be rented. Contact us for more information.
